RESERVING FOR SUPERMARKET SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF SANTA LUCIA, CITY OF PAGADIAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for supermarket site purposes under the administration of the City of Pagadian, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land, of the public domain situated in the City of Pagadian, Island of Mindanao which are more particularly described as follows:

Equivalent to Lot 9660, Pls-119
A parcel of land (Lot 1, SGC-09-05-000010, equivalent to Lot 9660, Pls-119 of the Subdivision Plan) situated at District of Santa Lucia, City of Pagadian, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North, along lines 1-2-3-4-5 by Ramon Magsaysay Street (20.00) M. wide; on the Southeast, along lines 5-6 by Lot 2089, Pls-119, and 6-7-8-9-10, Pagadian City Supermarket Site M.R. 09-06-000001 of the subdivision plan; on the Southwest along lines 10-11-12 by Pagadian City Supermarket Site M.R. 09-06-000001 of the subdivision plan; and on the west along line 12-1 by M.
