MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1706, January 20, 1978 ] RESERVING FOR LOCAL AND NATIONAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND HOUSING PROJECT SITES PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANTILAN, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in my by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for local and national government offices and housing project sites purposes under the administration of the respective local and national government agencies concerned subject to private rights, if any there be, and upon prior consultation with the municipal government of Cantilan, to subdivision survey and allocation to be made in accordance with the development plan to be prepared by the Department of Local Government and Community Development, with respect to government sites; and to subdivision survey and development by the National Housing Authority, with respect to the housing project, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the said municipality, province of Surigao del Sur, island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows: Lot 2864 Cantilan Cadastre Cad-354-D, Case 3 (Mun.
