EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION ASSOCIATION (PHILCONSA) UP TO JANUARY 17, 1979

WHEREAS, the PHILCONSA was authorized under Proclamation No. 1563 dated July 28, 1976 to conduct a nationwide educational and fund campaign during the period from June 17, 1976 to January 17, 1977 and from January 17, 1977 to January 17, 1978, for the construction of a PHILCONSA building, the establishment of a PHILCONSA Educational Foundation, the preservation of the integrity of the Philippine sovereignty and other laudable projects; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs more time to realize its campaign goals;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the educational and fund campaign period of the Philippine Constitution Association up to January 17, 1979.1aшphi1
