DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, Saturday, December 31, 1977, may be declared a special public holiday without detriment to the public interest to give the people a longer enjoyment of the yuletide season;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, December 31, 1977, as a special public holiday.1aшphi1
