DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN METROPOLITAN MANILA

WHEREAS, the second anniversary of the creation of the Metropolitan Manila Commission falls on Monday, November 7, 1977; and

WHEREAS, the people of Metropolitan Manila should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this historical event;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, November 7, 1977, as a special public holiday in Metropolitan Manila.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
