DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 25 TO 31, 1977, AS ADVERTISING WEEK

WHEREAS, the fifth Philippine Advertising Congress will be held in Baguio City during the period from October 27 to 29, 1977 to assess the development of advertising in this country and to enable the participants to take positive measures to improve the practice of advertising;

WHEREAS, it is necessary to focus attention on the role advertising plays in the nation’s economic development;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from October 25 to 31, 1977, as “Advertising Week” under the auspices of the Philippine Board of Advertising.1aшphi1
