DECLARING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN QUEZON CITY.

WHEREAS, the 38th anniversary of the creation of Quezon City falls on Wednesday, October 12, 1977; and

WHEREAS, the people of Quezon City should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, October 12, 1977, as a special public holiday in Quezon City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
