DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 8 TO 15, 1977 AS REGISTRATION DAYS FOR KABATAANG BARANGAY MEMBERS.

WHEREAS, there is a need to gather and computerize all pertinent data regarding Kabataang Barangay members all over the country in order to hasten the implementation and expansion of the KB out-of-school youth and other KB development-oriented programs;

WHEREAS, to accomplish these objectives, all Kabataang Barangay members all over the country are required to register in accordance with a set of guidelines promulgated for the purpose;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from October 8 to 15, 1977, as registration days for Kabataang Barangay members.1aшphi1

I hereby enjoin all Kabataang Barangay members all over the country to register in accordance with the guidelines prescribed for the purpose.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
