DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CAVITE CITY.

WHEREAS, Monday, September 12, 1977, marks the 81st death anniversary of the thirteen martyrs of Cavite whose sacrifice and death became one the leading spirits in our struggle for freedom and democracy;

WHEREAS, the residents of Cavite City desire to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, September 12, 1977, as a special public holiday in Cavite City.1aшphi1
