DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN MARAGONDON, CAVITE.

WHEREAS, September 7, 1977, is the 113th birth anniversary of the late General Emiliano Riego de Dios, one of the foremost heroes of the Philippine Revolution; and

WHEREAS, the people of Maragondon, Cavite desire to commemorate the birthday of the favorite son of their town with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 7, 1977, as a special public holiday in Maragondon, Cavite.
