DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY.

WHEREAS, Monday, September 5, 1977, marks the 9th Charter Anniversary of the City of General Santos; and

WHEREAS, the people of the City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this historical event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, September 5, 1977, as a special public holiday in General Santos.1aшphi1
