DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 14, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CABANATUAN CITY.

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 14, 1977, marks the 200th anniversary of the founding of the City of Cabanatuan; and

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Cabanatuan should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Thursday, July 14, 1977, as a special public holiday in the City of Cabanatuan.
