DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN DAGUPAN CITY.

WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 1977 marks the 30th anniversary of the charter of Dagupan City;

WHEREAS, the residents of said City desire to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, June 20, 1977, as a special public holiday in Dagupan City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
