DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM MAY 16 TO 22, 1977, AS RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY WEEK.

WHEREAS, recycling of wastes of all kinds such as oil, water, agricultural and forest products, as well as garbage, is a fast developing technology;

WHEREAS, an International Seminar-Workshop on RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY and PRACTICE will be conducted during the period from May 16 to 22, 1977 to be attended by eminent scientists and specialists from the United States, Germany, Australia and Japan and other parts of the world;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from May 16 to 22, 1977, as Recycling Technology Week under the auspices of the U.P. Los Baņos and the International Recycling Group and other involved organizations.1aшphi1
