[ Proclamation No. 1634, April 5, 1977 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 11, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE AND CITY OF ILOILO.

WHEREAS, the people of Iloilo celebrates “Kaadlawan sang Iloilo” on April 11, 1977 in commemoration of the founding of said province; and

WHEREAS, the people of Iloilo should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in the history of their province;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare April 11, 1977, as a special public holiday in the province and city of Iloilo.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
