SEGREGATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE FORT BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES TO BE ADMINISTERED AND DISPOSED BY THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (NHA).

WHEREAS, the Fort Bonifacio Multi-Storey Apartment Housing Project was constructed in 1964 on the parcel of land identified as Parcel, 3, Psu-2031 an area which forms part of the Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation;

WHEREAS, the National Housing Authority (NHA), as Administrator of the Fort Bonifacio Multi-Storey Apartment Housing Project, and in pursuit of its mandate under Presidential Decree No. 757 must undertake and introduce much needed improvements to upgrade the quality of life of the inhabitants of the said housing project and must maximize the use of the land in accordance with the established human settlements plan, thereby providing housing for low and middle income families.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order and authorize the segregation, transfer and titling of the following described parcel of land from the Fort Bonifacio Military Reservation to the National Housing Authority and its reservation for housing and urban development purposes to be administered and disposed by the said Authority.1aшphi1

A parcel of land (Parcel 3, Psu-2031, Portion) situated in the Municipality of Taguig; Metro Manila bounded on the NW, along line 3-4, by Manila Technical Institute Site, on the NE, along line 4-5, by Veterans Center Site under Proclamation No. 192 dated April 4, 1967; and along lines 5-6-7-8-9-10 by a concrete road adjoining the Greater Manila Terminal Food Market; and on the SE., along line 2-3 by South Superhighway Service Road, beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being 5.58 deg. 43 E. 4498.24 deg. from B.L.L.M. No. 1 Maricaban Estate, Rizal,
