DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CALOOCAN CITY.

WHEREAS, February 16, 1977 marks the fifteenth foundation anniversary of the City of Caloocan; and

WHEREAS, the people of Caloocan City should be afforded full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City's history;

NOW THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 16, 1977, as a special public holiday in Caloocan city.1aшphi1
