AUTHORIZING THE ZONTA CLUB OF MAKATI, METRO MANILA, TO CONDUCT A FUND DRIVE FROM JANUARY 15 TO MARCH 15, 1977.

WHEREAS, the Zonta Club of Makati, Metro Manila, a non-profit civic organization, is engage in several social action projects, among which are the Silahis Project at Carmona, Cavite; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs the support and cooperation of the public to enable it to carry on with its projects;

NOW THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize said organization to conduct a fund drive from January 15 to March 15, 1977.
