DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1977, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CABANATUAN CITY.

WHEREAS, February 3, 1977, marks the twenty-sixth foundation anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan; and

WHEREAS, the people of Cabanatuan City should be afforded full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City's history;

NOW THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, February 3, 1977 as a special public holiday in Cabanatuan City.
