DECLARING NOVEMBER 28 TO DECEMBER 4, 1976, AS “GRAPHIC ARTS WEEK.”

WHEREAS, various corporations and business establishments have decided to establish their own in-plant printing facilities for their own internal printing requirements;

WHEREAS, the In-Plant Printing Management Association of the Philippines (IPMAP) is an association established to provide expertise in in-plant printing; and

WHEREAS, the IPMAP will hold its first convention on December 1 to 4, 1976, in Manila;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from November 28 to December 4, 1976, as “Graphic Arts Week” under the auspices of the In-Plant Printing Management Association of the Philippines.
