DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1976, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN QUEZON CITY.
WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 12, 1976, marks the 37th anniversary of the foundation of Quezon City; and
WHEREAS, the people of said city desire to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 12, 1976, as a special public holiday in Quezon City.
