[ Proclamation No. 1581, September 2, 1976 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1976, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN IRIGA CITY.

WHEREAS, the City of Iriga is celebrating its 8th foundation anniversary on September 3, 1976; and

WHEREAS, the residents of said City desire to celebrate this milestone in the history of their City;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 3, 1976, as a special public holiday in Iriga City.
