[ Proclamation No. 1579, September 1, 1976 ]
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 573 DATED JUNE 26, 1969, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CALIRAYA-LUMOT RIVERS FOREST RESERVE THE PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED ON THE BUREAU OF FOREST DEVELOPMENT MAP LC-2848 AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES UNDER THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
Upon recommendation of the Director of Forest Development, approved by the Secretary of Natural Resources, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 573 dated June 26, 1969, the parcels of land containing an aggregate area of 1,351 hectares, as shown and described on the Bureau of Forest Development Map LC-2848 and certified as not needed for forest purposes, and release the same as alienable or disposable for disposition by the Director of Lands under the Public Land Act, subject, nevertheless, to the reservations provided in Republic Act No. 1273 and Presidential Decree No. 705.
This Proclamation takes effect immediately.1aшphi1
