DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 30, 1976, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SAN JUAN, RIZAL.

WHEREAS, on Monday, August 30, 1976, the residents of San Juan, Rizal, celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Pinaglabanan; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper to give the residents of San Juan, Rizal, full opportunity to celebrate this momentous event in our history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, August 30, 1976, as a special public holiday in San Juan, Rizal.1aшphi1
