EXTENDING THE TWENTY-NINTH ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS.

WHEREAS, the period from January 15 to April 30, 1976 was set aside as the twenty-ninth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross under Proclamation No. 1528 dated January 15, 1976; and

WHEREAS, the campaign did not realize its goal within the proclaimed period, and it is urgent that the organization achieve its fund drive goal in order to assure the optimum Red Cross humanitarian services for the needy and the suffering of our country;

NOW, THEREAFTER, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the twenty-ninth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross up to August 31, 1976.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
