EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 239, SERIES OF 1955 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CAGAYAN VALLEY AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LALLO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND LAW

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 239 dated December 28, 1955, which established the Cagayan Valley Agricultural College reservation situated in the municipality of Lallo, province of Cagayan, island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Law, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Maria, Municipality of Lallo, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon; Bounded on the NW., NE., and SE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 by Lot 4214-B of the subdivision plan, and along lines 16-17-18 by Lallo Public Land Subdivision, Pls-607-D; on the SW., along lines 11-12-13-14-15-16 and 18-19-20-21-22 both by Lallo Public Land Subdivision, Pls-607-D, along line 22-23 by Lot 1689, and along line 23-1 by Lot 1154, both Pls-533. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 14 deg. 43’E., 7,983.33 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Municipality of Lallo.

Bearings true; date of original survey March 5, 1959 and that of the subdivision survey executed by Elpidio V. Barcena, Geodetic Engineer on October 21-23, 1975.
