DECLARING DECEMBER 31, 1975, AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, the thirtieth day of December 1975 (Rizal Day) and the first day of January 1976 (New Year’s Day) being public holidays, the thirty-first day of December 1975 may be declared a special public holiday to enable the people to enjoy an uninterrupted year-end holiday without prejudice to the public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 31, 1975 as a special public holiday.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
