DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 15 TO 21, 1975, AS LINGGO NG KAUNLARAN NG MGA ARTISTANG PILIPINO.

WHEREAS, the First National Actors-Actresses Convention will be held in Manila every December 15 to 21 of the year to project the significant role of artistry in the New Society towards the building of a new nation;

WHEREAS, it is desirable to awaken increased government and public interest in economic and social uplift of actors and actresses; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to promote local talents and quality entertainments for international advantage thru a yearly celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from December 15 to 21, 1975, as “LINGGO NG KAUNLARAN NG MGA ARTISTANG PILIPINO” under the auspices of the First National Actors-Actresses Convention ‘75 organizers and all involved organizations.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
