DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 1975, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BULACAN.

WHEREAS, Friday, November 14, 1975, marks the centennial year of the birthday of General Gregorio H. del Pilar, the hero of Tirad Pass;

WHEREAS, the people of Bulacan desire to celebrate with appropriate ceremonies this rare occasion of the 100th year of the birthday of one of the greatest sons of their province;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, November 14, 1975, as a special public holiday in Bulacan;
