DECLARING THE ENTIRE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 1975 AS PHILIPPINE INDUSTRY MONTH

WHEREAS, the growth of industries is one of the most important factors of social and economic development of countries in modern times;

WHEREAS, our country has made impressive, economic gains under the New Society’s industrialization program;

WHEREAS, the 22nd National Convention of Manufacturers and Producers to be held in Manila on November 12 to 14, 1975, under the auspices of the Philippine Chamber of Industries, will focus its discussions on the promotion and development of industries in this country;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the entire month of November, 1975 as Philippine Industry month under the auspices of the Philippine Chamber of Industries.
