DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 17 TO 23, 1975, AS NATIONAL CREDIT CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK

WHEREAS, it is desirable to instill credit consciousness in our people, particularly among those engaged in credit transactions; and

WHEREAS, in line with the administration’s call for national discipline, there is a need to educate our people the wise use of credit;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from November 17 to 23, 1975, as National Credit Consciousness Week, under the auspices of the Credit Information System and other involved organizations.1aшphi1
