MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1505, October 7, 1975 ] DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 5 TO 11, 1975 AS MANAGEMENT CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Government to promote management consciousness in both the public and private sectors to help achieve the developmental goals of the Nation; WHEREAS, the Philippine Council of Management is sponsoring the Sixth Philippine Management Congress from October 8 to 11, 1975 which will be attended by management experts, practitioners and educators from the Philippines and other ASEAN countries; and WHEREAS, management consciousness is essential to promote better business practices, increase production and improve public administration and services, which are vital prerequisites to economic development, social progress and stability; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E.
