AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF YOUTH LEADERS, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1976

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Youth Leaders, Inc., is a non-stock and non-profit association dedicated to the promotion of friendship, understanding, goodwill and cooperation among the Filipino youth in the country;

WHEREAS, the Association needs the support of the public to enable it to carry out its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Philippine Association of Youth Leaders, Inc. to conduct a national membership and fund drive during the period from November 1, 1975 to September 30, 1976.1aшphi1
