DECLARING SATURDAY, AUGUST 30, 1975, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN.

WHEREAS, Saturday, August 30, 1975 marks the birth anniversary of Marcelo H. del Pilar, one of our outstanding heroes in the struggle for freedom and democracy;

WHEREAS, the people of Bulacan desire to celebrate his birthday with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, August 30, 1975, as a special public holiday in the province of Bulacan.
