DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1975, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CAVITE CITY.

WHEREAS, Friday, September 12, 1975 marks the 79th death anniversary of the thirteen martyrs of Cavite whose sacrifice and death became one of the leading spirits in our struggle for freedom and democracy;

WHEREAS, the residents of Cavite City desire to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 12, 1975, as a special public holiday in Cavite City.
