EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE NARCOTICS FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC., UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1975.

WHEREAS, the Narcotics Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 1293 dated August 1, 1974, to conduct an educational and fund drive for curbing drug addiction, with preventive and rehabilative efforts, up to July 31, 1975; and

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs more time for the conduct of its drive to attain its public education and fund raising goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign period of the Narcotics Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., up to December 31, 1975.1aшphi1
