AUTHORIZING THE MISAMIS ORIENTAL DISTRICT VETERANS ASSOCIATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A FUND CAMPAIGN FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1975 TO FEBRUARY 28, 1976.

WHEREAS, Misamis Oriental District Veterans Association, Inc. has launched a project to construct a veterans district headquarters, veterans hall, veterans chapel and regional office buildings of. the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, Cagayan de Oro City;

WHEREAS, the Association needs the support of the public to enable it to carry out this project;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E.MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Misamis Oriental District Veterans Association, Inc. to conduct a fund campaign from September 1, 1975 to February 28, 1976.1aшphi1
