RESERVING FOR BUREAU OF PUBLIC WORKS A PORTION OF THE PROPOSED VITAS RECLAMATION AREA SITUATED IN NORTH HARBOR, TONDO, MANILA, FOR SCHOOL BUILDING COMPONENTS FABRICATION PLANT SITE.

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or resettlement and reserve a certain portion of Vitas Reclamation Area situated in North Harbor, Tondo, Manila, covering an area of approximately 134,800 square meters for school building components Fabrication Plant site purposes under the jurisdiction, administration, control and use of the Bureau of Public Works, subject to private rights, if any there be, which area is more particularly described (pending the actual survey of the boundary by a more precise instrument of the permanent corners) as follows:

Beginning at point mark “1”, which is N 38°57' W from BLLM No. 7, Manila Cadastre, with a distance of 1,492 meters;

Thence, S 79°33' W, a distance of 500.00 meters to point 2;

Thence, N 40°57' W, a distance of 277.85 meters to point 3;

Thence, N 79°33’ E, a distance of 640 meters to point 4;

Thence, S 10°57' E, a distance of 240.00 meters to point 1;

The point of beginning, containing an area of 134,800 square meters, more or less. Points 1 to 4 referred to are indicated in the attached plan.

NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change based on future surveys.
