AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR TRACK AND FIELD ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT A FUND DRIVE FROM AUGUST 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 1975

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Track and Field Association is launching an “Age Group Development Program” and a “Junior Track and Field Championship” in line with the government’s sports development program; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs the support of the public to carry out its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Philippine Amateur Track and Field Association to conduct a fund drive from August I to December 31, 1975.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
