DECLARING THE MONTH OF AUGUST AS “BUWAN NG MURANG PAGKAIN.”

WHEREAS, the First National Food Factory Exposition will be held in Manila on August 1975 to provide housewives and consumers the opportunity to purchase food products at the lowest possible prices; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to project the importance of the Exposition where canned goods, bottled and sealed food products will be displayed and sold at the lowest prices, thus encouraging the patronage of local food commodities as well as boost their export potentials;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the month of August, as “BUWAN NG MURANG PAGKAIN” under the auspices of the First National Food Factory Exposition organizers and all involved organizations.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
