[ Proclamation No. 1463, July 11, 1975 ]

AUTHORIZING THE YOUTH AND STUDENT TRAVEL ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONWIDE EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP, AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM JULY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 1975.

WHEREAS, the Youth and Student Travel Association of the Philippines, is a non-profit civic organization whose objective is to promote tourism among the youth and students of the country; and

WHEREAS, to carry out its objectives it needs the moral and financial support of the public;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Youth and Student Travel Association of the Philippines to conduct a nationwide educational, membership and fund campaign during the period from July 1 to December 31, 1975.
