MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1462, July 11, 1975 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1441 DATED JUNE 16, 1975, ENTITLED “DESIGNATING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 1975 FOR THE ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGNS OF THE COMMUNITY CHEST FOUNDATION OF METROPOLITAN MANILA, INC.” WHEREAS, there is a need to include the entire Province of Rizal in the coverage of the annual educational, membership and fund campaign of the Community Chest Foundation of Metropolitan Manila, Inc.; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the concluding paragraph of Proclamation No. 1441 dated June 16, 1975, to read as follows: “In view hereof, I hereby call upon all residents of whatever race or creed, business, commercial and industrial firms, professional and civic groups, government officials and employees, as well as private citizens and other entities within the Metropolitan Manila Area and the entire province of Rizal of fully support the campaign of the Community Chest Foundation of Metropolitan Manila, by giving generously of their means to this single ‘United Appeal’ campaign for the promotion of the economic well-being of our less fortunate countrymen in the above cited area of solicitation.” IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.1aшphi1 Done in the City of Manila, this 11th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five.
