RESERVING A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND SITUATED AT RIO HONDO, ZAMBOANGA CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AS A SETTLEMENT AREA
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a parcel of land situated in the Rio Hondo-Mariki Island area, Zamboanga City, Island of Mindanao, as a Settlement Area, in the name of the Filipino Muslim Community, under the Administration of the Southern Philippines Development Administration, which land is more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land (Identified as Lot-1-A Psu-125350) situated at Rio Hondo, Zamboanga City, Island of Mindanao; Bounded on the North, Along lines 6-7-8-9 by Lot-1, Psu-125349; on the East, Along Lines 9-10-1 by Lot-1-B, Psu-125350; on the Southwest, Along lines 4–5 by Public lands; on the Northwest, Along lines 5–6 by Lot-2, Psu-125350. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, bearing S 25 deg. 11' E., 1748.48 m. from Mon 203, Zamboanga Cadastre No. 14.

The provisions of existing proclamations in conflict with this proclamation are hereby repealed.
