MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1456, July 3, 1975 ] FURTHER EXTENDING THE FUND DRIVE OF THE JOSE P. RIZAL MEMORIAL FOUNDATION UP TO JUNE 30, 1975. WHEREAS, the Dr. Jose P. Rizal Memorial Foundation was authorized under Proclamation No. 1369 dated January 13, 1975, to extend its fund drive from December 31, 1974 to June 30, 1975, for the construction of its Dr. Jose P. Rizal Medical and Research Center in the resettlement community at Dasmariñas, Cavite; WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time for the conduct of its drive to enable it to carry out its project; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further extend the Jose P. Rizal Memorial Foundation fund drive up to December 31, 1975.
