MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1455, July 3, 1975 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1431 SO AS TO INCLUDE THE COMMUNITY CHEST AND COUNCILS OF BATAAN AND COMMUNITY CHEST AND COUNCILS OF DAVAO DEL NORTE AMONG THOSE COMMUNITY CHEST AND COUNCIL ORGANIZATIONS AUTHORIZED TO CONDUCT FUND CAMPAIGN IN 1975. WHEREAS, the Community Chests and Councils in the Philippines were authorized under Proclamation No. 1431 dated May 14, 1975 to conduct fund campaigns from June 1 to December 31, 1975, to support the services of their welfare agencies; and WHEREAS, the Community Chests organizations of Davao del Norte and Bataan which were recently organized were not accordingly included in Proclamation No. 1431.1aшphi1 NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Presidential Proclamation No. 1431 so as to include the Community Chest and Councils of Davao del Norte and the Community Chest and Councils of Bataan among those Community Chest organizations authorized to undertake Community Chest Fund Campaigns in 1975.
