EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423 DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG, TAGUIG AND PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL AND PASAY CITY, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATI, PROVINCE OF RIZAL AND RESERVING THE SAME AS SITE OF THE NATIONAL POLICE COMMISSION UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 423 dated July 12, 1957, which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation, situated in the Municipalities of Pasig, Taguig and Parañaque, Province of Rizal and Pasay City, a certain portion of land embraced therein situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal and reserve the same as site of the National Police Commission under the Administration of the Office of the President of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the area shall automatically revert to military control when no longer needed for the purpose stated, which portion is more particularly described as follows:
