FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATION AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PANAMIN FOUNDATION, INC., UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 1975.

WHEREAS, the PANAMIN Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 1145 dated May 18, 1973, to conduct a national education and fund campaign for the purpose of raising much needed funds with which to carry on its various humanitarian projects for the benefit of our national minorities who comprise more than twelve per cent of our national population; and

WHEREAS, to enable PANAMIN to carry on its laudable activities, it is necessary that its fund campaign be extended;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further extend the national education fund drive of the PANAMIN Foundation, Inc., until December 31, 1975. I call upon all citizens and residents of the Philippines, irrespective of nationality, race or creed, to assist in this humanitarian endeavor by giving generously of their means.
