[ Proclamation No. 1450, June 27, 1975 ]

AUTHORIZING THE MABUHAY ANG FILIPINO MOVEMENT FOUNDATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONWIDE FUND CAMPAIGN FROM JULY 1, 1975 TO JULY 31, 1976.

WHEREAS, the Mabuhay Ang Filipino Movement Foundation, Inc. has for its general objective the creation of an ideal Philippine Society where people may live in peace, justice, dignity and prosperity;

WHEREAS, the Foundation has the following specific program of action:

1. To involve the whole mass of Filipino citizenry in the task of creating an ideal Philippine Society;

2. To maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of existing civic organizations and civic-oriented professional and trade organizations in undertaking civic-spirited activities; and

3. To effect close coordination between the private and public sectors in realizing the greatest good for the greatest number of Filipinos.

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs the moral and financial support of the public to carry on its laudable objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Mabuhay Ang Filipino Movement Foundation, Inc. to conduct a nationwide fund campaign from July 1, 1975 to July 31, 1976.
