DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 1975, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN SOUTHERN LEYTE.
WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 1975, marks the fifteenth charter anniversary of the province of Southern Leyte; and
WHEREAS, the people of Southern Leyte desire to celebrate with appropriate ceremonies this milestone in the history of their province;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 1975, as a special public holiday in Southern Leyte.
