DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 1975, AS MONCADA CENTENNIAL YEAR AND A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN MONCADA, TARLAC.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 1975, marks the centenary of the founding of the municipality of Moncada, province of Tarlac; and

WHEREAS, the people of Moncada desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their town’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 1975, as Moncada Centennial Year and a special public holiday in Moncada, Tarlac.
